Performance Analyst Opportunity - Birmingham

A leading Facilities Management Provider is seeking a skilled Performance Analyst based in Birmingham (B46). This is a full-time, permanent role.

As a Performance Analyst, you will support performance reporting and data analysis across a portfolio of school contracts. We're looking for someone with expertise in contract performance, compliance, and data analysis to ensure high service delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and present monthly deduction and payment mechanism reports.
• Proactively monitor KPIs and SLAs to resolve issues and prevent failures.
• Analyse data to support month-end reporting and trend analysis.
• Conduct internal performance audits and stress tests.
• Develop performance dashboards and support operational teams in meeting targets.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve non-conformance reports and improve performance.

Who We re Looking For:

• Experience with complex payment mechanisms and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical ability to identify trends and prepare reports.
• Prior experience with PFI contracts is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
