Job Title: Branch Manager Location: Gloucester Industry: Electrical Wholesale Salary: £60k / 20% Bonus / Car We are recruiting for an experienced electrical wholesaler Manager or Assistant Manager looking to step up, motivated and driven to win in this competitive market is a must, with real passion and energy for growing the team and the customer base. Responsibilities * Maximise branch profitability. * Motivate, train and coach the branch team to be high performing * Grow sales and develop the customer account base. * Analysing trends and opportunities in the marketplace, monitoring competitor’s activities and taking appropriate action. * Build relationships with key suppliers locally to maximise deals. * Ensure that the stock levels at the branch are maintained within the agreed company targets, whilst ensuring adequate credibility stock is available. * Oversee and manage within agreed budgets and target * Day-to-day financial aspects running of the branch, including stock control, debtors and all branch operational costs including employment. Experience * Must have Electrical Wholesale experience. * Sales & Management experience in internal and external roles. * Must have Driving Licence. * Confident working with key performance indicators * Demonstrable experience delivering on sales, profit and margin targets Click apply now and one of the team will be back in touch shortly
