Temp Project Coordinator - IT/Production/Media 2-3 days per week 32K day rate equivalent Central London, onsite October Start The role: Coordinate project deliveries with the Professional Services Engineering Team, ensuring timelines are met Identify and address potential obstacles early, working closely with the Professional Services Team Assist with resource planning and managing project deliverables Oversee project-related goods in and out of our London preparation area Manage travel and accommodation arrangements for engineers Ensure change control processes are followed and logged appropriately Report on milestones and key deliverables for project status updates Confirm acceptance and sign-off on UAT and test plans Update project documentation with outstanding costs and other relevant details You: Proficiency in planning tools (MS Project, Excel, Gantt Charts) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities Quick learner with a positive approach to challenges Strong analytical skills and ability to create clear, trackable action points Excellent time management and organisational skills Basic understanding of contractual terms Impact is dedicated to fostering diversity in the Media and Creative Industries.
