Planning Lawyer

A local authority based in South London is seeking a Planning Lawyer for an initial period of 3-months. The successful Planning Lawyer must have local authority experience and a current practising certificate. Your caseload will involve the following: Supporting the Senior Planning Lawyer in ensuring that the council receives high quality planning and environmental legal advice, Advising on planning and highways agreements, Planning enforcement matters, Planning litigation and, Attendance at the council’s planning applications committee. You will need to have experience of handling your own complex legal planning caseload. The Council offers a flexible working environment. Pay rate is between £40-60 per hour.
