Project Architect | Liverpool – Office Based | Full Time - Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5pm and Friday 8.30am – 2pm | Circa £35,000 Are you a Project Architect looking for a role where you can take the lead on exciting projects? Our client is seeking a talented individual to join their creative studio, focusing on current and upcoming residential projects. As a Project Architect, you'll be responsible for overseeing and delivering projects across all RIBA work stages, reporting directly to the practice directors. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership from inception through to completion, with a particular focus on managing design outcomes, coordinating technical requirements, and engaging with clients. Our client's portfolio is diverse, ranging from individual homes, large-scale residential developments, to commercial, community, and industrial buildings. They're looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing quality design with technical delivery. Are you the right person for the job? Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in an architectural practice Experience managing and delivering high-quality design packages Client-facing experience and excellent presentation skills Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, planning, and technical standards Ability to coordinate and manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex projects Proficiency in MicroStation or ArchiCAD is preferred, but training will be provided if necessary What will your role look like? Lead projects as the primary job runner or as part of a collaborative team Manage and deliver projects through all RIBA work stages Coordinate design, planning requirements, and building control regulations Facilitate communication between consultants, contractors, and the design team Attend site and contractor meetings to ensure successful project execution Mentor junior staff and contribute to their professional growth Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring successful project outcomes What can you expect in return?
