Your Mission: As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll work with clients and candidates globally, focusing on recruiting top-tier cyber security sales professionals for VC-backed companies. Starting as a 180 consultant, you will manage the candidate side of the hiring process, build strong candidate relationships, and develop strategies to attract top talent. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment for global clients (US, EMEA, APAC). Build and manage a pipeline of cyber security sales candidates. Utilise all recruitment tools provided to find and attract top talent. Partner with clients to deliver exceptional hiring experiences. Own and develop your region and opportunities with autonomy.
