CS 30773 Pump Fitter £36,000 - £39,000 + overtime (rates detailed below) Sheffield Based Alecto Recruitment is looking to recruit for a Pump Fitter position on behalf of a leading engineering services provider which provides overhaul services to customers across the UK. In this position you will provide workshop-based overhaul services and onsite removal and installation of pumps of varying sizes. Due to the nature of the role Applicants will be required to be based within commutable distance of the offices in Sheffield however travel will be required to customer sites in primarily the Lincolnshire and Yorkshire regions. Package Details 37 hour working week. Monday to Friday (early finish Fridays_ Working hours 07:30-15:00/16:00. Benefits include private healthcare and 50% discounts on gym memberships. For more detail please get in touch.Role Profile Carry out basic mechanical testing to establish pump condition. Accurately assess and observe damage and wear on various machine. Undertake works to a high standard on a first-time fix basis where possible. Submission of daily and weekly paperwork accurately and on time. Must be methodical and accurate and make notes and reports during the disassembly process.Qualifications & Experience Experience working on pumps carrying out service, repair or overhaul is essential. Must be based within commutable distance of Sheffield office and able to commute where required to customer sites.
