Senior HR Advisor (Policy, Projects, Policy)

HR Advisor £55,000 - 65,000 + Bonus Permanent - London Frazer Jones are leading an exclusive search for a leading Private Equity firm based in the heart of London, looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Advisor to join their dynamic People team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for HR, who enjoys working across a broad range of HR functions in a fast-paced, professional environment looking to further their career within the Private Equity space. Partnering with HR Business Partners to provide comprehensive support throughout the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes. Overseeing key HR processes such as probationary reviews, parental leave, and the leaver process. Supporting the delivery of key performance practices, including managing the mid-year and Collaborating with business partners and Talent Acquisition Specialists to manage recruitment processes, ensuring the best talent is attracted and retained. Acting as a key contact for the Investor Relations (IR) team, managing timely responses to investor requests by coordinating with HR, Legal & Compliance, and other stakeholders. This will involve data analysis and reporting (quantitative and qualitative). Providing advice on employment relations matters, ensuring legal compliance and best practices. Managing the HR information system (HRIS) and applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate data entry and process efficiency. Supporting ad-hoc HR projects, including learning and development events, and assisting with strategic initiatives to continuously improve HR practices. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR administrative role, preferably within the investment space. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
