Due to strong growth in sales, they have created a new role for a dedicated and ambitious Business Development Manager to join the team. Key Responsibilities: Managing hospital accounts in an assigned geographic territory (South Central) Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish effective business growth processes Represent the company at industry tradeshows Stay updated with new products, promotions, and other relevant information of interest to customers Grow the existing portfolio, including key customers Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and various support teams You Will Have: Prior experience selling into hospital settings is essential Demonstrated sales account management skills within a territory Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales expectations Financial acumen, including the ability to analyse quarterly trends An interest in sports science would be advantageous but not essential On Offer: Up to £40,000 basic salary DOE Uncapped commission Company Car Training and Development Supportive company
