Associate or Associate Director

A large investment bank has instructed us to help them hire a new Associate Director for their large-ticket Asset-Based Lending team. The role is to support the Origination Directors by helping to structure and execute new lending facilities ranging from £30m - £150m. The role is paying £50k - £80k depending on experience and can progress to being an origination director in 2-3 years.
