Buyer £40-45,000 Fulltime onsite in Carlisle (Open to relocation) Buyers wanted!!! Our client, specialists within the fashion industry, are looking for a Buyer to join their growing team. As a Buyer, you will play a critical role in developing and managing product ranges that align with our brand values and meet customer expectations. The Buyer work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure the timely delivery of product strategies and contribute to our company's overall profitability and growth. The Buyer Key Responsibilities Develop product ranges that reflect our brand values, ensuring they meet the agreed image, quality, and price points. Plan and implement product strategies based on historical data and trends, in partnership with the Merchandiser. Work closely with the Sourcing Manager and cross-functional teams to drive product development, ensuring timely delivery of samples, fabrics, and pricing. Ensure range plans, product briefs, and design specifications are completed on time and meet business objectives. Continuously review product performance and market trends to maximise sales and margins, making data-driven decisions. Manage and evaluate the supplier base to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and security of supply. Key Skills & Qualifications Required of the Buyer Proven experience in a similar Buyer role, ideally within retail, fashion, or home sectors. Ability to analyse sales data, market trends, and customer needs to shape product strategies. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects within strict timelines. Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as design, merchandising, and marketing. A deep understanding of retail environments, competitor analysis, and the ability to identify market opportunities.
