We are so excited to continue our collaboration with a French Bistro that prides itself on serving authentic French-inspired dishes made from the finest seasonal produce. Located in the heart of London, they are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join their team of 5. You will have experience working at 2 Rosette level and above.You'll be wondering what's in it for you as a Junior Sous Chef...£38,000 to £40,000 per annum plus £3,500 to £4,000 service charge Set days off - Sunday and Monday Working alongside an excellent Head Chef Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef...Creating a variety of beautiful French-inspired dishes for up to 20 covers at lunch and 50 covers during the evening service Running a section and overseeing junior chefs in other sections, including providing training and development Going above and beyond to elevate your skillset as the team pushes for further accolades Making the most of the restaurant's access to the freshest ingredients sourced from small, independent suppliersShowcasing exceptional communication skills and passing on your culinary expertise to others You will be joining the team at a pivotal time as they strive for further accolades.
