This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior BDM to embed themselves into a business that put their staff first. They are looking for someone to be more than a BDM and put in place sales strategise, work in partnership with the Directors and really take the business to the next level.
Business Development Manager Job Overview
- Develop new business opportunities by upselling the company's specialist freight, customs, haulage and warehouse services
- Maintain and expand pre-existing relationships - Account Management
- Plan with Directors on new sales strategies for the business and oversee the commercial movement of the business
Business Development Manager Job Requirements
- Proven New Business Sales in multi-modal freight
- Knowledge of FMCG / Fresh Food & Drink Distribution
- Experience in implementing new Sales strategies
- Experience in Pallet distribution
Business Development Manager Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary 45-60k
- Competitive Commission / Bonus Structure on top of salary
