An exciting opportunity has come available at a reputable regional Law Firm who are looking for an experienced Senior Associate Employment Solicitor to support the Employment Team based in South Buckinghamshire. Senior Associate Employment Solicitor role The successful experienced Employment Lawyer will be joining a successful and modern, progressive firm. This is also potential Partner opportunity for the right candidate. The Senior Associate Employment Solicitor will be handling a range of matters that will include advising fast paced and demanding medium to large corporate clients. Working with the Head of Department, handling their case load but have exposure to the partners from time to time. The Senior Associate Employment Solicitor would need to have experience supervising junior fee earners, technical expertise and knowledge and perform fee earning work to target, developing new clients for themselves and others. The Requirements - Senior Associate Employment Solicitor role Must be 10+ years PQE Experience of medium to large corporate clients Counselling plus non contentious experience essential High attention to detail Team management Strong technical skillIn Return?
