Senior Legal Counsel (Regulatory Affairs) (m/w/d)

Due to an increase in workload and projects lined up to start in 2024/2025, a highly regarded construction and services company supporting the data centre and renewables sector is looking for a Legal/Senior Legal Counsel to join on an initial 12 month FTC basis. Central London office, hybrid working, 3/2 split. Reporting to the General Counsel you will be part of a small, busy legal team responsible for: drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in relation to construction and infrastructure projects ensuring best practice compliance and governance is followed including advising the business on regulatory, AML and sanctions matters supporting the business on day-to-day legal matters To be considered for this opportunity you will ideally have trained at a reputable firm in construction and/or infrastructure projects with subsequent in-house experience in-house within in a similar role, preferably working on data centre related projects.
