Jellyfish Recruitment is excited to be working with an award-winning e-commerce business that is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in social media & video.
In this role, you will support the Senior Digital Performance Manager in enhancing social & video strategies and take ownership of the digital & creative strategy. Your main goal will be to ensure timely delivery of creatives that align with brand guidelines & best practices for optimal performance.
This hands-on role involves daily performance monitoring, reporting, optimisations, & uploading new ads across key social channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & execute paid social media strategies across Meta, TikTok, & YouTube.
- Upload new creatives accurately, ensuring they are ready for publishing & error-free.
- Review creative performance regularly, providing insights daily, weekly, & monthly.
- Recommend & A/B test creative styles & ad copy, reporting results to refine execution.
- Develop clear briefs for the in-house digital creative team.
- Cultivate relationships with Product Managers at META, TikTok, Pinterest, & YouTube to leverage insights for social strategy & brand growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing, specifically in social media & video.
- Experience with other AV platforms is desirable (TV/BVoD/Pinterest/display, etc.).
- Strong understanding of platform best practices & trends.
- 2+ years of experience using Meta, TikTok, & YouTube from a paid perspective.
- At least 1 year of line management experience, with the ability to lead a team of 3+.
- Proven ability to manage projects independently & multitask effectively.
- Experience managing creative teams & high-volume deliverables.
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills.
