This is an exciting opportunity for a data-focused marketeer to join a quickly growing business where you can have an immediate impact. You will be crucial in supporting our marketing and sales teams by sourcing high-quality prospect data, managing our CRM & CMS systems and helping coordinate vital campaigns. 


We are a small business (for now), so you will work closely with senior members of the team, learn from our experiences and be given the opportunity to progress and develop your skills quickly.

Responsibilities

  • CRM Management: Oversee and maintain PepTalks’ CRM database to ensure accuracy and completeness of data. Also, contribute to the implementation and upkeep of a new membership platform.
  • Data Sourcing & Segmentation: Research, source and segment relevant prospect data to support the marketing and sales teams with campaigns.
  • Automation implementation: Create and maintain automated workflows for campaigns, customer management and database updates.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse CRM and marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and provide actionable recommendations to the marketing team.


What would make someone great at this role?

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, data analytics or other related field.


  • 1+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • High proficiency in database management and Excel.
  • CRM management experience (preferably HubSpot).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and high attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and have the ability to manage multiple projects.
