Stock Condition Surveyor - West London

TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appoint Stock Condition Surveyors and Domestic Energy Assessors on a 6 MONTH contract starting MID NOVEMBER in/around North London to survey OVER 6000 properties.

All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software.

• Outside IR35 role
• Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats - Very Good Rates - 250 to 350 a day
• Over 6000 properties to be surveyed - mixture of EPCs Only. Stock Only also Stock and EPCs.
• Properties located in/around West London - Kensington/Chelsea.
• Team of 6 surveyors required - refer a friend for a JOB!
• Full training provided and PAID
• Appointments/letter dropping every 2/3 weeks - ID Badges provided and letter of authority for door knocking
• 6 MONTH CONTRACT - possible extension.
• Lodgement fee is paid by the client.
