Financial Controller

Nordomatic are a global impact pioneer of Smart Buildings. We are leading the transformation of the BMS market on a global scale. We are seeking a Financial Controller to join our busy office in Coleshill. You should be ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with proven experience as a Financial Controller, ideally first move from practice. * Work alongside the Director of Finance * Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met * Production of management accounts and board reports * Preparation of cashflow forecasts to tight reporting deadlines * Ensure financial controls and procedures are robust and sustainable * Develop KPI's and improve reporting, management of cashflow, controlling expenditure and cost * Ensuring the company meets its UK and international VAT and taxation obligations * Management of monthly payroll * Effectively manage accounts payable and receivable * Oversee the control of overdue debt and reduce risk of bad debt * Responsible for managing external relationships with banks and auditors The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles and possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Must be highly proficient in Excel. Occasional travel required to other offices
