Sales Development Representative – Responsibilities: Proactively reach out to companies via phone to generate business opportunities Set up meetings for the sales team to progress. Building rapport and establishing trust with prospective customers. Delivering world-class customer service to maintain our company's outstanding reputation in the industry Sales Development Representative – Experience & Skills required: Prior experience in Sales/Business Development High level of motivation and determination Articulate and able to communicate to C-Suite level Exceptional people skills – we are a friendly bunch, and this is essential to be successful in our industry A strong record of exceeding targets Experience within the recruitment industry (however, desirable but not essential)
