The Client
A prestigious boutique Wealth Management firm servicing Financial Planning needs of HNW clients.
The Role
The Senior Financial Planning Administrator / Practice Manager will play an integral role within thIS prestigious Wealth Management firm, being responsible for all client and team support activities providing administrative support to 4 Financial Planners and the Head of Desk, while acting as a key contact for HNW clients.
The Senior Financial Planning Administrator / Practice Manager will confidently and professionally deal with client, internal and third-parties queries efficiently and effectively.
Be responsible for both client onboarding and offboarding, account opening, payment and valuation requests as well as providing daily support with various ad-hoc business projects.
The Senior Financial Planning Administrator / Practice Manager will take ownership of all client/adviser related activated and maintain accurate records ensuring to upload all information to intelligent office.
The Senior Financial Planning Administrator / Practice Manager will reply to clients, organise meetings for advisors as well as any review pack and pre-meeting materials, booking rooms, travel and maintaining the Head of Desk diary management.
Take ownership of the research stage of financial advice process ensuring required information is attained from product/service providers – life companies, pensions providers etc....
The Senior Financial Planning Administrator / Practice Manager will be comfortable meeting with clients both on and offsite.
The Candidate
At least 5 years’ experience working in a Financial Planning / Wealth Planning administrative or client support role within an IFA or Wealth Management business.
A good understanding of pensions is important as well a good understanding of other products – life cover etc…
CII/CISI relevant qualifications or working towards.
Understanding of the financial planning advice process – and a good knowledge of Financial Regulations.
Ability to work in a small team and roll sleeves up with all tasks
