Job Requirements / Description
PSM Recruitment are seeking a Italian or French Speaking Administration Coordinator to join our team in providing efficient administrative support. The successful candidate will Fluent in either French or Italian and English, be responsible for coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Duties Include:- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Maintain organisational systems for smooth office operations Type and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents Provide administrative support using computerised systems Assist in general office management tasks Liaise with customers Qualifications: Proven experience in an administrative role demonstrating strong phone etiquette and communication skills Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively Ability to computerise office processes for increased efficiency Typing proficiency with attention to detail Competency in administrative tasks Be able to work under pressure in a busy office environment Hours are Monday - Friday Job Types: Full-time, Permanent TPBN1_UKTJ
