B2B Insurance Sales Consultant

An exciting opportunity for a B2B Insurance Sales Consultant to join an expanding Insurance company in Southampton. This is a telephone-based sales role, and you will receive inbound leads, working on previous quotes, annual renewals, as well as referral leads, and cold calling companies.

The Candidate:

• Previous telesales / call centre experience essential, due to nature of the role.
• Inbound call centre, outbound telesales experience in insurance or financial services is preferred, (full insurance product training will be given).
• Confident asking questions, investigating, inquisitive, able to build rapport.
• Must be able to work within a compliant and regulated work environment.
• Computer and CRM database experience is essential.
• If you have gone through car insurance quotes this is a benefit.
• You must be able to successfully complete learning and training, including insurance qualifications as part of your career development plan.
