We are seeking a dedicated +16 SEND Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team in North Birmingham Kingstanding. +16 SEND Teaching Assistant Role: Position: +16 SEND Teaching Assistant Location: North Birmingham Kingstanding Requirements of a +16 SEND Teaching Assistant: Experience working with young adults with special educational needs and disabilities. Ability to provide support in classroom activities and individualized learning programs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities of a +16 SEND Teaching Assistant: Assist in implementing tailored learning plans for students with SEND. Provide one-on-one support to students as needed. Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create an inclusive learning environment.
