Role Overview As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you'll support the Home Manager in overseeing care home operations, leading a dedicated team to deliver high standards consistently. Your strong clinical governance and leadership skills will ensure excellent resident care, compliance, and a positive, safe environment. Nursing Clinical Deputy Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage healthcare staff, fostering a high-morale workplace. * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and personalized care plans. * Oversee daily operations, manage resources, and maintain a welcoming environment. * Engage with residents and families to address their needs and concerns. * Support the Home Manager in maintaining occupancy and promoting the home. Nursing Clinical Deputy Qualifications and Experience * Proven leadership in a nursing or care home environment. * Strong clinical governance skills and experience with dementia care. * Personable, with a passion for social care and high standards. * Registered Nurse with relevant qualifications and a commitment to professional development.
