Job Requirements / Description
This private members club which is based in central London is seeking the talents of an experienced Chef De Partie to join its stable brigade. You will be based in their restaurant, but you will also be involved in events. You will be creating modern European dishes and there is a strong focus on using the best seasonal produce available.
You will be contracted to 40 hours per week however, most of the chefs are working around 44 hours per week which will increase your salary to £37,500.

(you will be required to work one Saturday a month) 40 - 44 hours per week Overtime paid at time and a third (£21.20) Modern European cuisine
