As part of being an Autism Specialist, you will work closely with experienced SEN practitioners and psychologists, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a professional setting. Requirements: Understanding of Social and Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) Helping students develop emotional regulation and social skills Close work with external practitioners and psychologists Keen Interest in working with children or in Special Educational Needs (SEN) Being resilient, calm under pressure, and good with children This role offers a fantastic pathway for anyone interested in Education , Teaching , or Mental Health careers.
