The Role: This is role is newly created where you will join a growing infrastructure team based in Belfast city Centre. This role is a stand alone QS position therefore you will have full autonomy over the QS solutions. Provide proactive and professional contract support across varied civil engineering projects Involved in the preparation of Bills of Quantities, detailed construction estimates, and contract documents. Manage cashflow forecasts and procure large civil engineering projects efficiently. The Person: Must hold a Degree in Quantity Surveying. MRICS qualified or currently completing APC. Proven experience in a similar role, handling civil engineering projects in the UK or ROI. The Reward: Salary is negotiable based on experience. Full-time, permanent position.
