Deburrer North Nottingham Temporary 4 week contract Circa £12.50 per hour EMBS Engineering is currently recruiting for a skilled Deburrer to join a precision engineering company located in North Nottingham, working on a temporary 4 week contract. Due to the nature of the work & industries supported within this position, candidates may be subject to requiring security clearances, therefore, our client is unable to support visa applications from residents outside of the UK. Only applications meeting this criteria will be considered. Key Benefits on offer: * Circa £12.50 per hour * Days (Monday to Thursday, 7am – 4 pm, and Friday, 7am – 12pm) * Overtime is available at premium rates (x1.5 after 39 hours and x2 on Sundays) EMBS Engineering is in an exclusive partnership with a reputable engineering company located in Nottinghamshire which is a globally recognised, market-leading precision engineering/manufacturing business that supports world-renowned industry leaders. Your responsibilities include: * You will be responsible for removing sharp edges, burrs, and other imperfections from various metal components within a precision engineering environment * The daily use of various tools and equipment such as files, sanders, grinders, etc ​​​​Successful applicants MUST be able to demonstrate:​​​​ * Previous deburring experience is a desirable * Confident in reading and interpreting engineering drawings * Capable of following work instructions * Ability to use hand and air tools * Able to Drill, Countersink, Chamfer, Trim Down, Polish, Saw, and Tap Components to engineering drawing requirements is a desirable * Strong attention to detail About us: EMBS Engineering is a dedicated talent specialist that partners with some of the UK's most prestigious, advanced, precision engineering companies within the Aerospace, Automotive / Motorsport, Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Green, Environmental, and FMCG industries.
