Role: Carpenter  Start Date: ASAP Rate:£23-£24ph Location: Islington  My client is a local authority and are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter's to carry out maintenance works In the Social Housing sector. The majority of the work will be day to day reactive repairs in occupied/void properties across the Islington Borough. Main duties involve: Working within domestic properties for the council Maintenance Carpentry Voids & occupied properties Essential Criteria: A Full UK Driving Licence Social Housing experience This role is ideally for an immediate start (notice periods will be considered) or ASAP
