We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant for a high needs SEN/PMLD secondary class. Promote sensory regulation, helping students manage sensory challenges and stay focused on their learning.What We're Looking For: Candidates with relevant qualifications and experience in special educational needs. Experience using coreboards or AAC systems to enhance student communication. Skills in de-escalation techniques and emotional support for students. Understanding of the SPELL Framework and sensory regulation strategies.
