Description

  • Administer grant funds effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping of all grant transactions.
  • Coordinate with various departments to maintain smooth financial operations.
  • Prepare financial reports related to grant funds.
  • Assist in auditing processes as required.
  • Follow organisational and legal standards in handling grant funds.
  • Contribute to team efforts in achieving departmental goals.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Profile

A successful Grants Administrative Analyst should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial procedures and principles.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
