Description
- Administer grant funds effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of all grant transactions.
- Coordinate with various departments to maintain smooth financial operations.
- Prepare financial reports related to grant funds.
- Assist in auditing processes as required.
- Follow organisational and legal standards in handling grant funds.
- Contribute to team efforts in achieving departmental goals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Profile
A successful Grants Administrative Analyst should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial procedures and principles.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
