Hybrid: up to 2 days working from home Solid ‘bread-and-butter’ commercial experience including general commercial contacts eg distribution agreements, franchise agreements, joint ventures, supply of goods and services and outsourcing. Commercial Solicitor – brief introduction to opportunity The London team of this leading national firm is looking to recruit a commercial solicitor with ideally 3 PQE +. The firm is a leading national practice with a recognised commercial presence advising a spread of SME to large national businesses and PLCs. Advising national leisure business on the commercial legalities surrounding sale of tickets online and related payments. Advising an established manufacturing and supply business on the redrafting of its core terms and conditions Advising on a well-known sports and leisurewear brand on a number of licensing agreements with high-profile licensors. Candidates should be able to demonstrate strong drafting and negotiating skills in relation to a varied spread of commercial contracts from supply and distribution contracts, to outsourcing arrangements and complex franchise agreements.
