One of the UK's leading providers of housing and care services, is looking to recruit an experienced Regional Health and Safety Business Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-impact construction safety team, providing expert guidance across a range of major projects, including affordable housing, private sale, and regeneration schemes.
Responsibilities of the Regional Health and Safety Business Advisor will include:
- Deliver high-quality health and safety advice to the development team.
Conduct ISO 45001 audits and ensure compliance with construction safety standards.
Provide training and lead the implementation of a digital safety management system.
Travel regularly to construction sites across the region, with occasional overnight stays.
The successful Regional Health and Safety Business Advisor will have:
- Proven experience in new build housing, with expertise in traditional block and beam and RC framing techniques.
A minimum of a NEBOSH General Certificate in Construction
Knowledge of Temporary Works management and a proactive approach to safety audits and training.
