Has Expertise: You have a strong background in MEP quantity surveying with a proven track record. Is Innovative: You bring fresh ideas and embrace new technologies to stay ahead in the industry. Conducting feasibility studies and advising on procurement strategies and contract selection. Writing and undertaking procurement reports. Applying value management techniques at the outset of a project. Managing, estimating, and planning costs, including taking ownership of and presenting the final cost plan. Negotiating and agreeing on final accounts. Representing the firm to clients, stakeholders, and other consultants at all project stages. Handling contractual frameworks and standard forms of contract. Demonstrates a strong background in MEP quantity surveying with a proven track record. Essential experience with pre-contract services. Expertise in cost planning, budgeting, and estimating. Proven ability to undertake and advise on Contract Administration.
