*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Optometrist to partner with us to found a new boutique store. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial and personable. As an Optometrist, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and managing various eye conditions, ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of care. As a founder and equity holder you will have broad responsibilities for running the store.
*Responsibilities*
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to assess vision and detect eye diseases.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store and small team.
- Provide patient education on eye health, vision correction options, and preventive care.
- Sell eyewear to customers.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of examinations and treatments.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in optometry and best practices in patient care.
- Offer specialised care for senior patients, addressing their unique vision needs and concerns.
*Experience*
- A degree in Optometry from an accredited institution is required.
- Store experience.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy related to the visual system and common ocular conditions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a larger team.
Partners will be required to invest £25-35k to help establish the store and in return receive a 50% equity stake. A further £25-35k will be invested by the wider business.

Pay: £60,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
