My client’s Tax Litigation team, one of the leading teams in London, is looking to hire a solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' experience. The successful candidate will have a direct and indirect tax background and a strong interest in contentious Tax work.

Candidates will have expertise in Tax Disputes and Investigations, including experience in both direct and indirect tax matters, HMRC enquiries, COP8 and COP9 investigations and claims involving public law challenges by way of judicial review.
