Operational Resilience Manager (Fixed-Term Contract) Up to £61k | 9-12 Month FTC | 3-5 Days Per Week | 2 Days On-site | Hampshire We're looking for an Operational Resilience Manager to join our key client and drive critical improvements in business continuity and incident management. You'll be part of a strategic transformation, helping shape the Target Operating Model (TOM) and ensuring operational resilience across the business. This role offers the chance to deliver immediate impact by aligning processes and controls to key standards like ISO31000 and ISO22301.
