As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in helping students achieve their full potential.The RoleAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide tailored support to students with a variety of needs. This includes assisting in the classroom, working one-on-one or with small groups, and contributing to a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere.ResponsibilitiesStudent Support: Provide individualised assistance to students, helping them grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Encourage independence and confidence through structured activities.Classroom Collaboration: Assist teachers with lesson planning and classroom management, ensuring the environment is safe and supportive. Track student progress and share insights with the teaching team.Additional Duties: Help students during transitions, breaks, and extracurricular activities. Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development.
