Success Recruit are currently working with a professional & successful Branding Company based in Central Essex who are currently looking to recruit an Executive Personal Assistant to join their growing team. The successful Executive Personal Assistant will be an integral member of the senior management team, supporting the Founder with day-to-day operations, office management, and helping shape the future of the business. The successful Executive Personal Assistant will be expected to: * Demonstrate strong organisational skills, pro activeness, and the ability to support with multiple project administration tasks to support the MD * Demonstrate strong relationship building skills, accompanied with excellent written & verbal communication * Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, meeting deadlines consistently The successful Executive Personal Assistant will be rewarded with: * Being part of a growing and exciting business journey whilst being part of the SLT * 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (extra day off for birthday) * Quarterly team events * Flexible working from home & central Essex office location * Incentives for achieving objectives, as well as internal opportunities for progression Purpose of the role: The purpose of the Executive Personal Assistant is to support the Founder by alleviating administration tasks to allow increased concentration working on the business and further growth and development daily. This opportunity will suit someone who thrives in a working environment where no two weeks are the same, be a natural problem solver and can be proactive within their approach to tasks. Duties to include but not limited to: * Diary Management & scheduling meetings * Travel arrangements * Prioritising tasks efficiently and maintaining a working To Do List * Managing a busy inbox * Improving and building operational processes across the business - documenting and communicating changes to the team * Client event management & communication * Bi-Weekly reporting on key business objectives * Office management duties to ensure HR, Insurance, mobile contracts etc and day-to-day operations run smoothly * Supporting with new starters as the business grows * Organisation of quarterly team events * Attending and taking minutes, assigning key action points * Day to day invoicing and supporting the founder with some accounts tasks This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be a key member in a growing business, building long-lasting connections with clients & renowned sporting organisations across the UK.
