LMS Content Coordinator

We are hiring a LMS Content Coordinator; you will be working for a well-established organisation based within the manufacturing and distribution industry and they have been established for 30+ years based in Tamworth. What will our client offer you? Salary is circa £30,000 to £40,000 depending on experience Hours of work are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday 31 days holiday including the Bank Holidays Paycare - A Healthcare Cash Plan (Discounts available and access to a 24-hour Doctor) Access to Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Up to 5 days extra unpaid holiday available at a salary sacrifice Free car parking As the LMS Content Coordinator, you will be: Producing, editing and uploading content for the LMS system Creating modes of assessments, such as tests or quizzes to measure the effectiveness of the course Creating supporting and training material such as manuals and guides Editing and approving the final versions of products, using company guidelines Maintaining the LMS and working with OpenLMS to ensure that the system is always up and running Planning and managing a program for content to fit in line with the business needs Providing internal face-to-face training on product Managing the training requests for internal training Liaising with CIBSE to ensure that content can be used for certification Implementing processes to ensure an efficient way of working As the LMS Content Coordinator, you will have: Experience in managing a Learning Management System (LMS) Experience working within a product-based business Experience working with the Adobe Suite   Previous experience working in a similar position You may have experience in the following: LMS co-ordinator, LMS Specialist, L&D, E-Learning Developer, LMS Administrator, Content & Data Specialist, Learning and Development Administrator, Learning Systems Specialist or any other similar position For more information, please call Leah today on (phone number removed)
