CNC Machinist

Proactive Personnel are currently looking for a Woodworking CNC Machinist to start work in Preston on a temp-perm basis.

Duties include:

• Programme and operate the machine.
• Complete design drawings
• Diagnosing any errors that may occur
• Managing the tooling required for jobs
• Daily/weekly/monthly maintenance.
• Setting tolerance levels and cutting speeds
• Translates the requirements of detailed part drawings into measurements for production
• Inspecting workflows to ensure that technical and quality standards are met
• Devising a work plan to efficiently carry out daily machining

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:00- 17:00

Pay is £13.00 an hour.
