About the Company: Morgan Philips is delighted to be supporting a leading Global business to hire an Executive Compensation Specialist on a permanent basis and offering hybrid working - 3 days per week in the London office. This person will sit as part of a Total Rewards team with plenty of exposure across a broader remit. About the Role: Key responsibilities will include: Managing the annual calendar of executive compensation activities, including RemCo meetings, annual report and AGM, to ensure timely delivery of materials. Developing concise and impactful RemCo materials including relevant analysis and stakeholder input. Contributing to design and management of incentive plans that support business strategy. Building and maintaining a network of key stakeholders including Reward, broader HR, Finance, Corporate Governance, Insight, and business unit management. Bringing external insights into the Reward COE, both concerning executive remuneration as well as broader reward, using benchmarking and analytics. Qualifications: We are looking for someone with c2 years' experience in Executive Reward who has ideally (not essential) RemCo papers. You will have strong analytical skills and be a wizz on Excel.
