About the Role

C80 Solutions are seeking a BREEAM Assessor to join our established team in the outskirts of Leeds. You will assist with the delivery and growth of BREEAM and BREEAM-related services.

Responsibilities:

Carrying out BREEAM assessments and providing expert advice to our clients

Management and coordination of multiple projects

Attendance at design team meetings to develop BREEAM strategies and to communicate responsibilities and guidance to relevant members

Delivering technical reports to clients, which may include formal presentation

Providing assistance to the operations and estimating departments in constructing accurate fee proposals

Key Skills:

BREEAM Assessor (2011/2014/2018) with two years experience in the complete delivery of commercial assessments

Strong understanding of Government policy and Building Regulations concerning energy and sustainability

Strong written communication skills including technical report writing

Ability to work autonomously and in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team

Ability to work under pressure and to manage client expectations

Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and clients

Full driving license and willingness to travel throughout the UK (including stay away from home when required)

A can-do and positive attitude

Desirable

BREEAM AP or AP-ready

BREEAM In Use

BREEAM Refurb and Fit Out

Completed LCA & LCC assessments and experience of the Oneclick LCA Software

Membership of a relatable professional body (Energy Institute, CIBSE, IMechE RICS, etc)

Working experience of IES-VE or, EDSL Tas DSM software
