Assistant Estimator/ Quantity Surveyor

Update 20.5.21 *Now willing to consider undergraduate and newly qualified QS's PFC Careers are delighted to be working again with a family run established main contractor in the Perth region to recruit an Assistant Estimator or Assistant Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to get in with a very well run business who have a very low turnover of staff and big on bringing employees through the company. The company in question focus on new build and refurbishment projects up to about £3m in value. They have a very stable management team who has been with the business for a number of years. They offer a a very friendly unconfrontational service to their clients. They rely on a lot of repeat business, which is testament to the relationships they have built over the years. Ideally you will have some experience in pricing projects, however the client are willing to look at candidates from a Quantity Surveying Background who are looking to get more involved in Estimating. Due to the size of the company you will likely be involved in both. You will be reporting directly in to Senior Management on a daily basis.
