Blush & Bloom are working exclusively with a leading beauty organisation who’re looking for a Logistics and Customer Service Manager to join their growing team in London. If you have between 3 and 5 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or Operations and have a love for all things beauty, this could be the role for you!This organisation offers a collaborative and innovative working environment, with plenty of opportunities for personal and professional growth. Key Responsibilities:Oversee on-time and full execution of sales orders, stock transfers, and new launches.Track and manage shipments from 3rd party manufacturers to ensure on-time delivery.Build and maintain relationships with 3rd party logistics providers and warehouses to ensure optimal service at competitive costs.Drive change management projects in warehousing and logistics, supported by the Operations Leader.Regularly review and track performance metrics of logistics providers, ensuring continuous improvement.Monitor weekly and monthly inventory activities, including stock balancing, reconciliations, and product launches.Manage customer orders through ERP and WMS systems, ensuring smooth operations.Collaborate with commercial, digital, and brand teams to align logistics with launch dates, promotions, and key events.Build strong relationships with retail partners to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient query resolution.Regularly review order performance against set targets, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly.Key Requirements:Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations management, ideally within beauty or related industries.Exceptional organisational and relationship-building skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent analytical abilities.A customer-centric mindset with a proven track record of solving operational problems and driving improvements.Dynamic, flexible, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment.
