Commercial Recruitment Consultant

Our client is a household name in recruitment and is looking for a sales-minded commercial recruiter to join a very busy team. The role would be to build on existing relationships as well as win new business and deliver on roles provided by a wide range of clients.

In brief;

• place a variety of perm roles from 18k - 60k in salary level
• wear different hats talking to different businesses in different sectors
• take accurate job specs, build relationships with HR and hiring managers
• prioritise between a range of roles and duties
• work alongside a team of successful consultants and contribute with ideas and cross polination of candidates/clients
• very competitive commission structure in place
