They are looking for an Account Manager to join their team.Key skills required for the role:Ability to manage multiple accounts to deliver agreed SOW on time with minimal issueEmbody the role of the heartbeat of each account, managing up and down to ensure a smooth running, effective teamSolid day to day client relationshipsBe the client lead on smaller accounts, delivering agreed plans to KPIs with light touch oversight from AD/SADTHE DETAIL:CLIENTS:Planning & Programme ManagementEnsure you and your team provide the highest quality service for clients, delivering error-free day to day work and regularly exceeding expectationsParticipate in the strategic development of campaigns, with the support of the senior teamProactively seek opportunities to develop your strategic thinkingDemonstrate creative flair in campaign development and executionEnsure that creative solutions are found to client problemsDemonstrate an ability to convert audience and category knowledge into solid insights clients can leverage strategically to build successful campaignsRelationshipsHave strong, effective relationships with relevant day to day client and be their go to point person for account updates and detailBuild strong and effective relationships with clients rooted in trust and mutual respectBe seen by your clients as an effective operator, a strong cultural connector, and someone they can rely on to deliver their campaignsReportingEnsure you and your team are delivering all client reporting on time (daily, weekly, quarterly), error free and review these processes when necessary to evolve them to remain fit for purposeContribute effectively to the development of KPIs when planning campaigns to ensure they are both meaningful and manageableParticipate effectively in the analysis and evaluation of campaigns and use findings to inform future campaignsFinanceEnsure your WIPs/cost trackers are up to dateIdeate tactics that acknowledge budget perimetersCOMMUNICATION:Media relationsDrive communication with the media, ensuring correct materials are being distributed and the wider team represent clients correctlyDevelop and implement thoughtful press office plans which flex your strong media connectivity and cultural nousDemonstrate a strong knowledge of the influencer landscape, and take responsibility for growing your awareness of latest trendsLeverage this to build solid influencer strategy and tactics for your campaignsDemonstrate best-in class media contactsProactively inspire a passion for growing media contactsDemonstrate an exceptional ability to convert top tier coverage on your campaignsInfluencer relationsDrive communication with the media, ensuring correct materials are being distributed and the wider team represent clients correctlyWritingEnsure you and your team understand the client TOV and have taken the time to fully immerse themselves in the brand for brand appropriate error free workYou’re able to flex your style to reflect the clients you work onYou are able to produce an array of written documents in the right style, from one pager plans, to releases and agency op eds – you are able to adapt your outputTeam ManagementOversee client activity across your portfolio- ensuring daily, weekly and monthly tasks are completed to a high standard and on deadlineOversee client campaigns, ensuring your team have clear areas of ownership and any issues are dealt with promptlyEnsure all client materials are created by your team to the highest possible standard – error free and delivered pre-deadlineEnsure the agency has a capable best in class junior team, coaching them to brilliance and suggesting training opportunities to help plug skills gapsCREATIVITY:BrainstormsParticipate in and inspire creativityHelp ideate strong creative ideas for clientsInput ideas that the client buys and lead the execution end to endSalary: up to 36k + benefits
