Senior HSEQ Administrator

VEGA HSE Recruitment is currently looking for an Senior HSEQ administrator to join a national Mechanical and Electrical sub-contractor in their London office. Our client is one of the UK’s leading mechanical and electrical providers. Their portfolio contains several major fit out projects across the UK across several sectors including airports, sports stadiums, data centres and banking and had a turnover in excess of £250M in 2023. Due to an increased turnover an opportunity has arisen for an HSEQ coordinator to join their firm in 2024 and be part of the safety team covering some of the UK capital's most exciting construction projects. Reporting directly to the SHEQ Director you will provide support to the HSEQ Department in both an administrative and practical capacity to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the HSEQ Department. The successful candidate will work closely with the Group Quality Manager to help ensure the Group’s activities are adequately recorded and are available for use when required and to assist in achieving objectives. As senior administrator you will be ultimately responsible for the maintenance and development of the HSEQ filing systems including documentation, audits and monthly reports. An excellent salary plus package and clear career development / progression will be given to the successful candidate. Working from home is avaiable for 2-3 days a week.
