Are you an experienced PPC specialist looking to further your career in a fast-paced and growing agency?We’re looking for a PPC Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our PPC team, where you will be responsible for the strategies, planning, and implementation of all paid search (PPC) campaigns.Reporting to the Digital Director, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ year’s paid search (PPC) experience, great communication skills, as well as a passion to learn and progress within our growing business.ResponsibilitiesImplementation of the agreed strategy working with a clear and defined set of KPIsManage day-to-day PPC activity and overseeing the performance of accounts - campaign set up, bid strategies, ad copy and daily optimisations Manage the platform’s daily budgets, billing reconciliation and spend pacing in adherence to allocations and desired return (CPA/ CPL)Campaign reporting, including written commentary and insights for clients, as well as client meeting presentations.Supporting the wider team with planning, reporting, research and implementationConfident in client facing account management, including calls, meetings and emailsDevelop and refine processes within the paid media team, ensuring these are robust and integrate media channel across the agency for a full holistic approach.Maintain high awareness of the industry offerings and actively testing new initiativesSkills & ExperienceAt least 3+ years’ experience in a similar PPC role, with a proven track record of delivering against KPIsExperience across Google & MS AdsGoogle Ads certification preferableProficient in Google AnalyticsUnderstanding of scripts/tags and Google Tag Manager would be beneficialA passion to learn, adapt, and progress within a fast-paced marketing agencyPossess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to leverage data, analytics and consumer behaviour trends in order to drive actionable insights and recommendations.BenefitsGenerous salaryHybrid working25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service Birthday as an additional day annual leave Monthly subscription of your choice (E.g.
